132 young people were supported through:

• supporting them in order to increase their skills of oral communication, critical thinking and teamwork through participation in workshops, debate camps and legislative theatre activities
• increasing autonomy by finding and keeping a job, being informed about teamwork, the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer, the work schedule, the understanding of the job description etc.
• the young people gained more confidence in themselves, they learned to argue and support their opinion in front of the authorities during the meetings about the involvement in society, about the rights and obligations of each citizen, about the national and international legislation, about the support services they can access nationally and internationally

The training of specialists in the social field through:

• a training course in the social field for 22 specialists
• a transfer of know-how with partner organizations, especially with the Norwegian partner, Norwegian Aid

Starting the process for updating the strategic plan, so as to develop and increase the number of beneficiaries we support, through meetings at the team level, between the fundraising, communication and financial departments.

The project targets is one of the main challenges affecting the social life in Romania: social inclusion of young people from socially vulnerable groups and increasing the capacity and sustainability of NGOs and the civil society sector that develops projects for these young people.

The project "Active and responsible young people!" is implemented by CONCORDIA Humanitarian Organization in partnership with A.R.T Fusion and Norwegian Aid from a 248,204.61 euros grant from Active Citizens Fund Romania, programme funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants Grants 2014 -2021.
